If you are not satisfied with the plumbing service provided, you may be eligible for a refund or a complimentary reservice within 30 days of the original service date, provided the issue falls within the original scope of work and is not caused by external factors.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may also be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.

• You scheduled and paid for the same service multiple times accidentally.

• The plumbing service was not provided due to a scheduling or system error.

Non-Refundable Situations
